Minister Paul Mashatile will inaugurate the National Arts Council on Tuesday, 29 March 2011 at the Emperor’s Palace, Johannesburg. The new Council will then be inducted thereafter.
The National Arts Council is an important funding body of the arts and disburses the funds provided by the Department of Arts and Culture. Minister Mashatile congratulates all the members appointed to this Council. With their expertise and wealth of experience they will continue to promote the arts in this country.
