Patricia de Lille, the Minister for Social Development in the Western Cape, will tomorrow, Friday 6 May, visit the scene of the devastating fire in Masiphumelele.
Since the Minister’s visit on Monday the Department has provided close to 50 000 meals to fire survivors in the area.
Minister De Lille will arrive at the Masiphumelele Library at 11h00.
At 11h30 the she will meet with community leaders, after which she will hand out baby packs at the nearby Masiphumelele Community Hall.
