Patricia de Lille, the Minister for Social Development in the Western Cape will deliver the keynote address at the Cadiz Freedom Swim Awards Ceremony tomorrow evening.
The Cadiz Freedom Swim is an extreme 7.5 km swim from Robben Island to Big Bay, Blouberg, in icy cold water (about 11 - 13°C).
The Minister will speak to the around 410 swimmers, the organisers and sponsors at a little after 19hh30.
