The Minister of Science and Technology, Naledi Pandor will today, 22 March 2011 at 19h00 deliver the keynote address at the launch of the Stellenbosch University Water Institute in Stellenbosch.
Established in 2010, the water institute was set up in response to the diverse challenges relating to water and water provision faced by South Africa.
