Members of the Media are invited to an urgent media briefing by Minister for Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, on the sad incident that has happened at the University of Johannesburg where someone is said to have died within the context of trying to secure a place at the university this morning.
The briefing will also talk about what the department is finding to be some of the reasons for the unacceptably long queues at institutions of higher learning at this time of the year.
