Minister Nzimande to deliver a keynote address at the Robert Gumede Keni


The Minister of Higher Education and Training Dr Blade Nzimande, will today 2 February 2011, deliver a keynote address at the launch of Robert Gumede Family Keni Foundation, at Mbombela Municipality Offices, in Nelspruit.

The Foundation has initiated a R40 million Bursary Scholarship Fund, which will annually award 20 bursaries to matriculants who come from underprivileged background and households, focusing primarily on orphaned, single parents or unemployed parented children, who passed with a university entrance.

During the launch, 20 recipients will be awarded with a full fee bursary scholarship to pursue their studies at the university of their choice.
