Minister Nzimande to deliver a keynote address at the Opening of the Annual International Conference of the School Public Management and Administration, University of Pretoria

The Minister of Higher Education and Training Dr. Blade Nzimande, will tomorrow on 17 February 2011, deliver a keynote address at the Opening of the Annual International Conference of the School Public Management and Administration, University of Pretoria.

The Minister will speak on the issue of “the nature, challenges and opportunities of our developmental state”.

The Theme of the conference is “Leadership, governance and public policy in the public sector”.
