Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande will deliver his response to the Humanities and Social Sciences Charter at the International Conference. The Conference will be hosted by Department of Higher Education and Training at the Birchwood Conference Hotel and Conference Centre, in Boksburg, Johannesburg, at 9h00 on Thursday 29th March 2012.
The future for Humanities and Social Sciences in South African Universities Conference will be officially opened with keynote address by Mr Gwede Mantashe, Secretary General of the ANC, at 18h00 on Wednesday 28th at the same venue.
