Members of the media are invited to a briefing by Minister for Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, on the findings of the forensic investigation that has been conducted into allegations made against the university last year.
The investigation covered allegations of procurement irregularities and/or financial impropriety which came through an anonymous letter that highlighted links between various role-players at the university, private individuals and companies said to have benefitted from tenders and services.
