Minister Nzimande to address the launch of the South African Society for Cooperative Education

The Minister of Higher Education and Training Dr. Blade Nzimande, will on Wednesday, 11 May 2011 at 09h00 be addressing stakeholders in cooperative education .

The Minister has recently been collaborating with relevant stakeholders within and outside the country on how we can partner in improving the quality management and curriculum development related issuesand skills shortage in the South African higher education and training sphere.

The Southern African Society for Cooperative Education (SASCE) is a professional association that represents practitioners and professionals at training institutions, industry partners and community stakeholders. SASCE is also a partner of the World Association for Cooperative Education.

The launch is scheduled as follows:
