The Minister of Home Affairs and the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, will brief media on the outcomes of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Conference. The Minister will present the Ministerial statement and recommendations from the 5-day conference of Experts and Ministers held from 3 to 7 September 2012 at the Durban ICC.
