The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ms Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, will receive her counterpart from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Minister Raymond Tshibanda for a tete-a-tete. The meeting between the two Ministers will precede the 8th SA-DRC Bi-National Commission, to be held on 23 October 2012 in Pretoria.
