International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will deliver a keynote address during an event to mark the 50-days countdown to South Africa’s hosting of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) 17th Conference of the Parties and the 7th Meeting of Parties (COP17/CMP7), which will take place at The Giant Stadium in Soshanguve, north of Pretoria, on Saturday 8 October 2011.
