Transport Minister Sibusiso Ndebele will deliver the keynote address tomorrow at the launch of the Taxi Industry TR3 2020 Strategy by the South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO). The launch will be attended by various key stakeholders’ from the taxi industry. The TR3 2020 Strategy is aimed at redefining, restructuring and repositioning the taxi industry to function optimally as well as to empower and create greater sustainability of business operations within the industry.
