Sport and Recreation Minister, Mr Fikile Mbalula, will host a cocktail lunch to welcome back and also celebrate the success of South African teams that have recently qualified for the 2012 London Olympics and Team South Africa that participated in the All Africa Games 2011, in Maputo.
