The Minister for Women, Children and Persons with Disability, Noluthando Mayende-Sibiya will this afternoon, Monday, 2 August 2010 at 14h00 pay a visit to the family of Thifhekimbilu Mashau whose body was discovered yesterday and also visit the house in which Mashau's two daughters (four-years and eight-months respectively) were murdered.
