The Minister of Arts and Culture Mr Paul Mashatile will on Monday, 4 April 2011 launch the 2011 Freedom Month Programme. Minister Mashatile will also brief the media on the forthcoming National Conference on repositioning the arts, culture and heritage sector.
He will further outline the key aspects of the minister’s draft strategy on how the sector can contribute to economic growth and job creation.
