The Minister of Arts and Culture Mr Paul Mashatile and Limpopo MEC for Sport, Arts and Culture Mrs Happy Joyce Mashamba, will hold a Public Participation Programme (imbizo) with practitioners in the arts, culture and heritage sector. Minister Mashatile will also handover musical instruments to a local group, Matsaka Brass Band as part of government’s commitment to develop arts, culture and heritage in all regions of the country.
