Minister Mapise-Nqakula, will address a media lock up at the GCIS Imbizo Centre in Cape Town from 08h30 to 09h30 on 12 April 2011, where the media will be briefed before the Minister delivers her third budget vote speech to Parliament.
Minister Mapisa-Nqakula supported by Correctional Services National Commissioner Tom Moyane will give highlights of her department's performance report and plans for improving service delivery and handle media questions.
