Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Honourable Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will tomorrow, Monday, 4 October address members of the Pan African Parliament during the opening ceremony of the third ordinary session.
She and the President of PAP His Excellency Dr Moussa Idriss Ndèlè will address the media during a press conference after adjournment.
