On 11 September 2009, the Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, will address the South African Democratic Teachers Union, National General Council. The SADTU National General Council is the highest decision making body of the union in between the National Congress.
The National General Council will be held at Kopanong Hotel, Benoni Gauteng.
