Tomorrow, Western Cape Education Minister Donald Grant will be visiting Bob Skinstad, former South African Rugby Captain, at his “jail cell” in the V and A Waterfront.
Skinstad is raising awareness for his campaign that will benefit over 39 schools in the province, and provide over 4 000 pairs of school shoes for disadvantaged learners.
