Members of the media are invited to attend the Solar Water Heating conference which will focus on the following important aspects; presentation of the national Solar Water Heating (SWH) strategy, the implementation plan and engagement of stakeholders in respect of various attributes to achieve the objectives.
The conference will also focus on the engagement of stakeholders' on achievable short, medium and long term national targets at different levels and phases in respects of:
* renewable energy policy and regulatory support
* appropriate delivery vehicle
* institutional arrangement and championship
* financing model and subsidies
* artisan training and its accessibility
* inter-departmental ownership of strategy.
