Minister of Home Affairs, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will today, Tuesday 25 May 2010, appear on the SABC 1 series of the 2010 FIFA World cup countdown up at 18h30.
Dlamini Zuma is the only lady Minister who was part of the South African Bid Committee which including former Presidents Nelson Mandela, Thabo Mbeki, FW de Klerk and amongst others Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu, Dr Irvin Khoza, Danny Jordaan and Molefi Oliphant successfully persuaded the FIFA executive to award South Africa the right to host the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
