The Minister of Social Development Ms Bathabile Dlamini will deliver her Budget Vote Speech in Cape Town on 2 May. As part of her deliberations for the day, Minister Dlamini will interact with orphaned and vulnerable children from various provinces. Some of these children come from child headed households. The programme for the day will unfold in three phases.
Phase one
Breakfast meeting with children will take place as follows:

Phase two
The Budget Vote Speech will take place as follows:
Venue: Old Assembly Chambers, Parliament, Cape Town
Time: 15h00
Phase three
Minister will host a Gala dinner at the Marks Building Restaurant, Parliament at 18h00.
