Minister of Social Development, Ms Bathabile Dlamini, will tomorrow address a Women’s Day event of the Department of Correctional Services in Malmesbury the Western Cape.

The Minister will speak about the need to promote and protect the human rights of women offenders as well as the challenges they face in prison. She will also highlight on the need for society to embrace and integrate them once released from prison.
