Members of the media are invited to a media briefing where the Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies, will give a review of the Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) Summit which took place in Sanya, Hainan Province in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC).

The summit has amongst others resolved to hold another Business Forum prior to the next BRICS Leaders Meeting and continue to hold the BRICS Think-tank Symposiums, and consider establishing a network of research centres of all BRICS countries.
Members of the media are requested to bring along their press cards or identity documents. There will also be a video link to the Imbizo media centre in Parliament.
