The Minister of Communications to launch the South African Exhibition Stand at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Telecom 2011

Today the Minister of Communications, Mr Radhakrishna L Padayachie (Roy) will be launching the South African Exhibition Stand at the South African Pavillion in Geneva, Switzerland at 11h00.

The Minister will be joined by the South African delegation comprising of government officials, South African Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) industry and other international dignitaries.

The exhibition stand will be hosted by the Department of Communications and will be shared by the South African ICT companies such as Dark Fibre, Plessey, State Information Technology Agency (SITA), Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa (USAASA), Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (NEMISA) and Grintek Ewation.The South African pavilion will be situated at Stand 4020 where South African products and services in ICT will be showcased.
