The Minister for Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, MP, will participate in a debate in the National Council of Provinces (Cape Town) today. Minister Nzimande will unveil major plans to boost funding for poor students who cannot otherwise be able to access post-school education.
Dr Nzimande will also talk about the latest programmes of his department, all aimed at improving access to higher education.
