Higher Education and Training Minister, Dr Blade Nzimande will deliver a keynote address to the annual “Achievers Award” ceremony.
These awards are aimed at recognising pupils from previously disadvantaged groups who have excelled in grade 12. The pupils are coming from Soweto.
