Minister Baloyi to deliver keynote address at the fourth annual School of Public Management and Administration (SPMA) conference

Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Mr Richard Baloyi is to deliver a keynote address at the fourth annual international conference organised by the University of Pretoria’s School of Public Management and Administration (SPMA) in collaboration with the African Consortium of Public Administration.

The conference will focus on public financial system as a cornerstone of accountability and responsibility, governance imperatives through human resource management, monitoring and evaluation system in the governance of a state as well as inter-governmental and co-operative governance.

The address by Minister Baloyi will review leadership, governance and policy in the public sector.
