Public Service and Administration Minister, Richard Baloyi will brief the media following the signing of the Delivery Agreement for Outcome 12: An effective, efficient and development orientated Public Service and an empowered fair and inclusive citizenship.
Key output areas for the outcome include: Service delivery quality and access, human resource management and development, business process, systems, decision rights and accountability, effectively tackling corruption, nation building and national identity, citizen participation, and social cohesion.
The media briefing will be preceded by an official ceremony on the signing of the delivery agreement.
