Public Service and Administration Minister, Richard Baloyi will brief the media following the signing of the delivery agreement for Outcome 12: An effective, efficient and development orientated Public Service.
Key output areas for the outcome include: Service delivery quality and access; human resource management and development; Business process, systems, decision rights and accountability and effectively tackling corruption.
Due to co-sign the agreement will be the implementation forum which includes Ministers for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Finance, Public Works, Health, Basic Education, Justice, Monitoring and Evaluation and Home Affairs. The nine provincial Premiers will also be part of the forum.
