Public Service and Administration Minister, Mr Richard Baloyi will on behalf of the President of the Republic deliver a keynote address at the Public Protector Good Governance Conference.
The Public Protector in collaboration with the Commonwealth will in a resolve to promote good governance in state affairs, host the Good Governance Conference scheduled to take place from 12 to 14 October 2010.
Participants for the conference will be drawn from all oversight agencies responsible for promoting good governance. The outcomes include a framework for coordination and collaboration with the Chapter 9 Institutions and other oversight agencies to effectively promote good governance.
The conference will be held as part of the activities to characterise the inaugural Public Protector Good Governance Week, which will coincide with the 15th anniversary of the existence of the Public Protector as a constitutional office.
