Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Mr Richard Baloyi will tomorrow address the annual Educhange Research Foundation (ERF) luncheon.
The Educhange Research Foundation is a non-profit organisation which seeks to impact on transformation of education in South Africa by contributing towards an improved culture of learning and teaching.
The theme for this year's luncheon is: "Developing solutions towards improved learning and teaching."
Minister Baloyi will deliver the key address on skills shortage, the current state and the initiatives by government through various agencies highlighting inroads and challenges.
