Minister Dlodlo to address the Public Service Women’s Leadership Webinar
The Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Ms Ayanda Dlodlo will deliver a keynote address at the Women’s Leadership Webinar taking place virtually on Monday 30, August 2021 as part of women’s month.
The webinar will be hosted by the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) under the 2021 Women’s Month theme: “The year of Charlotte Mannya Maxeke: Realizing Women’s Rights” focusing on the state of women in the public service.
The webinar will highlight challenges faced by women seeking to advance to leadership roles, as well as discuss the effectiveness of measures introduced to prioritize women empowerment and programs that advance empowerment of women in the public service.
Speakers of the day include the DPSA Director- General, Ms Yoliswa Makhasi and the Director- General in the Presidency, Ms Phindile Baleni.
