The Health Department mourns the passing of Mr Ndimphiwe Witness Tyilekile who was attached to the Emergency Medical Services directorate.
He was involved in a car accident on 1 August 2009. His memorial service will be held at the Bhisho Methodist Church on 12 August 2009 and the funeral will be on 15 August 2009.
May his soul rest in peace.
