The Department of Energy invites members of the media to the signing ceremony of the memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the government of South Africa (represented by the Minister of Energy, Ms Dipuo Peters and the Kingdom of Lesotho (represented by Mr Monyane Moleleki, Minister of Natural Resources).
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to promote cooperation and development of projects in the field of energy resources between the Parties and the purchase and sale of such energy resources on the basis of equality and mutual advantage, taking into account the experience of their respective specialists and the possibilities for cooperation available within the Parties.
