Dr Joe Phaahla, Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture, will launch South African Library Week at the Centre for the Book, Queen Victoria Street, Cape Town on Saturday, 19 March 2011. Library Week will be from the 19 to 26 March with the theme, “Read in your language @ your library”.
The Department of Arts and Culture supports the Library Week as we promote reading and publishing in all South African languages.
