Members of the media are informed of the following media logistics for the official funeral service and burial of Mama Albertina Sisulu.
The funeral service will take place at Orlando Stadium and will commence at 09h00 and will be addressed by President Jacob Zuma. The procession will leave for the Crouses Cemetry at 12h30. Members of the media are advised to have different teams for each venue to avoid logistical difficulties.
All members of the media are requested to arrive at Orlando Stadium by 07h00. Members of the media who have parking permits will be allowed to park in the stadium. Media who don’t have parking permits must park at Orlando Communal Hall on Adam Street, next to the stadium.
Members of the media who have not yet collected their accreditation, will get accreditation at Orlando Communal Hall.
