The Honourable Minister for Rural Development and Land Reform, Mr Gugile Nkwinti cordially invites members of the media to be part of a report back meeting at KwaMnyathi under Abaqulusi Local Municipality in wards 5, 6 and 7.
The Minister will do a sod turning for a new Computer Centre after progress assessment in various intervention projects he has funded in these wards. His interventions were informed by a special plea from a community delegation that met with the Minister on 30 July 2009 regarding under development and poverty in the area.
Some of the projects that are already complete are Bulk Water scheme, 500 VIP toilets, renovated schools, irrigation and implements, broiler houses and a creche. The Minister will officially handover these projects to various beneficiaries and then do a sod turning for a Computer Centre to be build shortly.
