The Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu, will tomorrow, 17 May 2012 address the media on the 2012 Budget Vote Speech. The Minister together with Deputy Minister Thabang Makwetla will be joined by Secretary for Defence, Dr Sam Gulume, DG-Military Veterans Mr Tsepe Motumi, Chief SANDF, Gen Shoke and members of the Defence Security Council.
