The Department of Energy and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) cordially invite members of the media to the 2nd regional conference on energy and nuclear power in Africa.
The conference will provide opportunities to the African Member States to present and discuss the role of nuclear power in meeting the future energy demand by making presentations on their national positions and programmes. It will also include presentations of lessons learned from nuclear power countries, as well as the IAEA approach for supporting introduction of nuclear power.
