Who: The Irish Aid Program contributed funds for the establishment of the resource centre for HIV and AIDS and for the registration with an up to date information system based in America for a three year period.
What: The resource centre serves:
* Health Professionals involved in Comprehensive Care Management and treatment (CCMT) programme
* As a study area and library information service to all students of the Department of Health who are doing courses in HIV and AIDS
* The community at large with HIV and AIDS and their families.
