The Public Service Commission (PSC) led by its Chairperson, Prof Somadoda Fikeni, will host a hybrid media briefing on Thursday, 30 November 2023, following the Plenary Meeting which took place on 28-29 November 2023 at the Commission House in Pretoria. The PSC Plenary is the highest decision-making body of the PSC held quarterly to reflect on the work of the Commission and future projects.
The media briefing will focus on the following amongst others:
- Organisational performance;
- Readiness with regard to the adoption of the PSC Bill;
- Readiness and position of the PSC with regard to the Professionalisation of the Public Service;
- Government ICT and Accommodation Flagship projects; and
- The upcoming International Anti-Corruption Day Commemoration on 08 December 2023.
