Hand-over of electoral wards to the Electoral Commission of SA
The Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) in partnership with the Municipal Demarcation Board (MDB) invites members of the media to a briefing where the MDB will officially hand-over electoral wards to the Commission to mark the end of the ward delimitation process.
The MDB will also unpack measures to address disruptions that may erupt at identified hot-spot areas within new electoral wards.
The media briefing will be held as follows:
