Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Ms Susan Shabangu, will on Wednesday brief media on the Budget Vote of the Department of Women.
She will elaborate on her department’s plans to accelerate the socio-economic transformation for women’s empowerment and participation through oversight, monitoring, evaluation and influencing policy. She will unpack details of how the department.
Ms Shabangu will deliver her department’s Budget Vote Speech on Tuesday afternoon at the Old Assembly Chambers in Parliament.
Media will be given an opportunity to engage with the minister the next day to give details to her plans for 2015/16 financial year.
