Tomorrow, Minister of Transport and Public Works, Donald Grant, Metrorail Regional Manager Richard Walker, Mayco Member for Transport for Cape Town Brett Herron, Golden Arrow Bus Services General Manager Francois Meyer, and representatives from SAPS and the mini-bus taxi industry, will be briefing the media on the collective action taken by public transport stakeholders to counter the devastating effects that last week’s vicious acts of vandalism and sabotage, on Metrorail infrastructure, had on commuters in the city.
