The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Honourable Dr Bonginkosi Emmanuel “Blade” Nzimande, MP, will present his department’s Budget Vote Speech for the 2014/15 financial in the National Assembly, in Parliament, Cape Town, on Tuesday, 22 July 2014 from 10h00. Minister Nzimande, accompanied by the Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Training, Mr Mduduzi Manana, will address a pre-budget media briefing to exclusively share with media the highlights of the vote.
