The Minister of Basic Education Mrs Angie Motshekga will launch the 2024 SGB Elections Campaign in Pretoria on Monday 12 February 2024. The elections will be held at all schools across the country from 01-31 March 2024.
SGBs are an important part of school governance and a legal entity that comprises parents, teachers, non-teaching staff, learners and the school Principal. Every school must have an SGB elected every three (3) years.
